What You Need to Know

Registration Fee:

One-Time meaning you are registered for as long as Hangin’ Saddle Ranch runs a Junior Ranch Hand Program – so if it takes you a couple of years to complete the program you will not be charged again for the registration fee.

It is transferable up until the participant attends  the orientation “Sonny”.  After that it is not transferable.

If you miss the “Sonny” dates on the calendar we do periodically run them through the year if space opens up in the program.

If you want to expedite the process you can book this session as a private lesson however the cost will be an additional $25 above the registration fee.

The Registration Fee includes:

“Sonny” – the first and required session for the program.  During this session you will receive:

  -family passes for the  Hangin’ Saddle Ranch Sonny Day Event and Graduation

  -1 shirt

  -1 bag

  -1 Training Binder

Fees and Packages (how to secure a spot)

The fees are $50 per session and there are 12 session (excluding the orientation "Sonny" which is included with your registration fee)

Package "1 and done"

     Save 15% by paying in advance for the entire program - savings of $90 = $510 

     Due no later than the day of your orientation ("Sonny" session)

Package "2 Bites"

     Save 10% byt paying in 2 installments for the entire program - savings of $60 = $540

     1st payment of $270 is due no later than the day of your orientation ("Sonny" session)

     2nd (final) payment of $270 is due no later than 30 days after your orientation ("Sonny" session)

Packages do not include the Registration fee which is due at time of registration.

Securing your Spot

Paying for sessions is the only way to secure your spot. We only have 8 spots in each of the 9 programs. 

**The exception for this is the orientation "Sonny" - there is no set maximum.

They will fill up very quickly and people who pay for the entire program upfront will get the priority.

Refund Policy and Rescheduling

 **Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. However - missed sessions can be made up at a later date or a riding lesson voucher can be issued.

In the event that the ranch has to close due to weather or ranch disaster the session will be rescheduled. IF the participant is unable to attend the new date a riding lesson voucher can be issued. It is unlikely that you will receive more than a few hours notice to a rescheduling because we only shut down during extreme situations. Rest assured that we will give you as much notice as we have.
